This is a public list for DNSSEC operations discussions. You should generally send queries for AFRINIC services to helpdesk at afrinic.net

In this case, you will need assistance doing sub-allocations and/or assignments in MyAFRINIC first, before the reverse DNS, so you can immediately contact hostmaster at afrinic.net for that.
