Hi Anthony,

From an AFRINIC perspective, you need to add a reverse DNS entry for the
196.10.215.0/24 prefix.

eg.

215.10.196.in-addr.arpa NS ns1.example.org
                                       NS ns2.example.org

where those name servers would be the authoritative name servers of this reverse domain.

Then, on your side, you would be adding PTR records for mail.quantumgroupgh.com <http://mail.quantumgroupgh.com/>
10.215.10.196.in-addr.arpa PTR mail.quantumgroupgh.com <http://mail.quantumgroupgh.com/>

To add a reverse dns entry in MyAFRINIC, log in to https://my.afrinic.net- <https://my.afrinic.net-/>>Resources->Reverse Delegation->select prefix->click on + sign to add entry.

Hope that helps.
