[DBWG] more (not) reclaimed resources

Dear AfriNIC Hostmaster(s),

this is a follow-up of the closed ticket [AFRINIC Hostmaster #1013182].

I note all the objects found with the search shared before are resolved.

However, I quite easily found the below additional objects with the 
below search. Please note these are "status:         SUB-ALLOCATED PA".

If the issue(s) with the allocated 41.223.144.0/22 are resolved, 
probably the remarks put by AfriNIC can also be removed by AfriNIC?

Please check how this can be resolved.

Can there be more searches by AfriNIC staff if there are more cases?
