[DBWG] Remarks attribute for aut-num

Good day,

 As I’m busy setting up Anycast services, I get requested (for automated authentication of ASN ownership) to add entries to the remarks attribute on the aut-num object. At present I have to log requests with hsotmaster at afrinic to assist.

Request: Could we have this field to be create/added and be made updatable by the resource owners
