[DBWG] Remarks attribute for aut-num

Dear all, incl AfriNIC staff,


I have not seen additional contributions.
I hope the mailing list is working.

I appears that there is a use for resource holders to be able to update 
remarks attributes in aut-num objects; that it's currently not possible 
for resource holders to do this themselves.

AfriNIC staff, please provide your assessment of the possibilities and 
limitations regarding a change to allow these changes by resource holders.

AfriNIC staff, please share an impact assessment and an overview how 
this is handled in other RIRs. I hope we can have these in 2 weeks.
