Dear Job,

I noticed a "broken pipe" message in one of your reports.  That error 
could happen if the server side closed the TCP connection [1].  There 
may be some thing affecting the TCP flight size.  In my somewhat 
short experience that happens when there is rate-limiting [2][3].

1. rpki-client uses HTTP/1.1

2. It may be possible to detect that by looking at whether the CWV is 
increasing.

3. There are other aspects, e.g. RFC 8182.
