[DBWG] Route objects referencing bogon ASNs

All things considered, I think that it would be best if AFRINIC did
not do anything which might be construed as condoning the use of
unregistered "bogon" ASNs.

For that reason, I would like to see the following two route objects
removed from the data base at the earliest possible moment:

165.16.215.0/24 AS328040
196.16.122.0/23 AS49335

In both instances, the route object makes reference to a bogon ASN.
