[DBWG] route6: objects referencing globally unassigned AN numbers

The following two route6 objects current exist within the AFRINIC
WHOIS data base and each make reference to an AS number that is
globally uassigned to any RIR member.

Please remove these two bogon route6 objects from the AFRINIC
WHOIS  data base.

2c0f:ee00:1::/48 328040 2017-11-15

Note that the dates indicated are the most recent changed: dates
for each of the route6 objects, respectively.
