[DBWG] ASNs assigned to AFRINIC from IANA (missing from daily stats file)

It may seem inconsequential, given everything else that's going on right
now, but I felt obliged to at least note for the record that there exists
some AS numbers that have been assigned by IANA to AFRINIC but that are
not showing up in the daily AFRINIC "stats" file.

IANA has assigned to AFRINIC the following AS number ranges:

327680-328703
328704-329727

(See relevant IANA WHOIS records at end.)

In theory, at least, this implies that the entirety of these AS ranges
should be represented in the daily AFRINIC stats file. If any of the
AS numbers in either range is not currently assigned, by AFRINIC, to any
resource member, then that ASN (or a range of ASNs containing it) should
still appear within the daily stats file, but it should be marked as either
"reserved" or "available".

In the case of the first ASN range above, it appears that all ASNs in the
range are in fact represented within the daily AFRINIC stats file except
for the first three ASNs of the range, i.e. 327680, 327681, and 327682.

In the case of the second ASN range above, all of the ASNs in the range
are represented in the daily stats file except for the ones in the
sub-range 328916-329727, inclusive... a total of some 812 "missing"
AS numbers.

Hopefully, these small omissions from the daily AFRINIC stats file will
be rectified... by someone.

Regards,
rfg
