number of actual org-type values existing (not checking and really
hoping these are only in 'organisation' objects)

request:
can the one organisation be changed from org-type 'other' to org-type
'OTHER' ?

Or better remove, if it's just a duplication of 'ORG-ZZ8-AFRINIC' and
the resource-member agrees?
