[DBWG] DBWG session at AFRINIC-31

Hi all,

I have to inform that I can not make it to be at AfriNIC-31 in person.
I want to thank AfriNIC staff for preparing the agenda and the meeting.
It will probably be prudent to elect another co-chair for the WG from
the community.
