[DBWG] Removing short handles in WHOIS objects

Hi DBWG,
Thanks Michel for bringing this up.
I propose we set a deadline for input to this fairly easy subject for
Wednesday midnight Mauritius time.
Of course we see a tendency already and preparations can be done ;-)
