hi frank,

i looked through the -announce archives, and also the afrinic IT twitter 
feed.  -announce used to be where outages were recorded, but lately i 
think they’ve moved to twitter.  but there were no mentions of 
anything about the afrinic.db.gz file being corrupt  (i’m assuming 
you’re referring to the IRR dump?)
