No, with the context, I still do not understand how a simple question constitutes an attempt</div>

Because of my current role, I cannot further comment on the ongoing legal battle at this time.</div>

<div>I predict errata will be filed against RFC-7020 because it claims to document the current state</div>

<div>of the RIR system at the time of writing and the statement that global providers universally deal</div>

<div>with multiple RIRs has incorrect implications and is not entirely accurate. There are plenty of</div>

<div>global networks that deal with a single RIR and even those that deal with multiple RIRs do</div>

<div>not necessarily deal with the RIR for each and every region where they operate.</div>
