After a careful assessment of the situation and all the
comments received from community members with regard to
the holding of non-members elections, and the capacities
of the company, the Board has decided to proceed with
holding the 2020 elections online. <br class="">

We are pleased to inform you that the Board has approved
an amended Election Process for the year 2020 (see <a href="https://afrinic.net/election-process/board/2020" class="" moz-do-not-send="true">https://afrinic.net/election-process/board/2020</a>)]
This is in readiness for the elections which will be
conducted online for the first time in AFRINIC’s
history. The revised Election Process 2020 was approved
as per Article 13.2 of the Bylaws and will supersede all
previous election processes and guidelines,
