                  board-routed management mode that will cause fatigue
                  and a perception of non-responsiveness. I'm sure the
                  Board hears our concerns and will hasten the process
                  of helping the CEO settle down into his new role.
                  Being volunteers as well, they would/should be happy
                  to have their AFRINIC management workload reduced
                  ASAP.

                                        operational with high standards
