board. Anything else shows a lack of trust in the CEO by the board – in which case there is a problem to start with.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

I do not want to believe that the CEO was appointed as a figurehead or a puppet while the board takes over operational running of the company – so please, let him do his job and be an effective CEO – without interference beyond what is the standard role of
a NON EXECUTIVE board<o:p></o:p></span></p>
