After escalation to the CEO and others it was fixed in a couple of hours!<u class=""></u></span></p></div></div></blockquote></div></blockquote><div><br class=""></div>I believe that is a mischaracterization of what happened…</div><div><br class=""></div><div>An alert that the issue was pending was not acted upon for two weeks before the issue started.
