<div>I am not yet satisfied that nomcom got us candidates to elect and one got more votes than the other but another virtual candidate called None of the above was declared winner.

The bylaws and election process when read in entirely only affect slates with a single candidate not slates with more than one candidate and as such for the western African seat, the candidate with most votes won and must be declared.</div>
