<p>Dear Chairman Abibu,</p>
Thank you very much for the update to members and the Community. <br>
<br>
The finding "<span>That the Investigation Committee (IC) is
satisfied that there was no evidence of harassment, bullying or
intimidation by Board members" a bit consoling, but also
troubling because the release is a summary.</span><span> The staff
petition and allegations was not even about NDA violation by
Sunday Folayan.<br>
<br>
</span><span>Kindly take note of the following:<br>
</span><span><br>
1. The petitioner specifically mentioned "Sunday Folayan, Haitham
El-Nakhal and other Board members". Why summarize the findings as
"... by Board members?", knowing that Sunday Folayan is no more a
Board member? Why not clear the accused outrightly and not in
veiled statements. The statement on the NDA violation is very
clear.<br>
</span><br>
2 An accusation was made. Marriages and careers could have been
destroyed, if not for some few people (Gabriella, Owen DeLong,
Olutayo, Chivelier and Ben Roberts) that saw through the charade.
Where is justice?<br>
<br>
Injustice does not come in any different form. Some day, more truths
will surface, and it will not be because of privacy issues. <br>
<br>
I trust the membership and community will learn from this saga, and
allow the healing process take place. <br>
<br>
Let us give peace a chance for some sacrifices to be worthwhile.
AFRINIC will wax stronger, this I know.<br>
<br>
I am now done, I will hold my peace.<br>
