<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; line-break: after-white-space;" class="">Chère communauté<div class="">Chers membres du conseil</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Dans toute organisation qui clame un temps soit peu un fonctionnement « démocratique » ou de « bottom up », quand survient un doute de la base sur la confiance accordée à ses dirigeants, <b class=""><u class="">la moindre des choses</u></b> est que ces dirigeants demande à ceux qu’ils sont censés représenter, un renouvellement de confiance pour continuer à exercer leur fonction.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Je ne pense pas qu’il soit dans l’intérêt de personne dans cette communauté que nos dirigeants soient l’objet d’un manque de confiance de la part de la base. Il y a eu une sérieuse vague de désapprobation, du peu que j’ai lu ici, sur le conseil actuel, et je pense qu’il est de <b class="">bon sens</b> que ce conseil demande tout simplement à la base un renouvellement de confiance pour justement mieux adresser les problèmes que les dernières situations ont révélés dans notre organisation. Et cette demande ne peux juste pas se faire à travers un Open Mic qui par définition est juste, si je ne me trompe, une tribune pour exprimer un point de vue à porter à la connaissance des participants à l’assemblée générale.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Aux membres actuels du conseil:</div><div class="">dois-je comprendre que vous estimez qu’il n’y a aucun problème de confiance de la part de la communauté? Dois-je comprendre qu’il vous plairait de diriger une communauté sachant qu’une partie de cette communauté n’a plus confiance en vous? Je crois qu’il n’y a rien de glorieux à se vanter d’être dirigeant si ceux qu’on dirige n’ont aucune confiance en vous. Et la seule façon de le savoir, à mon humble avis, est de leur poser la question, de nous poser la question, à partir du moment où des voix (et pas une seule) ce sont levées dans la communauté dans ce sens.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Et je vais finir par ceci: si vous êtes si confiants que la communauté à toujours confiance en vous pour continuer dans votre position, alors passer par un vote de confiance ne serait qu’une formalité pour vous et vous en ressortirez encore plus grandis et surtout confortés dans vos fonction vis à vis de ceux qui se plaignent de vous.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Merci,</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Raz<br class=""><div class="">

Remember, once we run out of address space in Africa, and when we get to the point where we will have to participate in the transfer market to get more addresses, this interaction with other RIR’s will be critical, unless a global RIR is founded.
