moment decision on the floor of a public meeting – without the need for seeking complex legal advice – this is a matter of public record<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="mso-fareast-language:EN-US">The board chose to publically state in that same meeting that it had requested the resignations for violation of NDA<o:p></o:p></span></li></ol>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-fareast-language:EN-US">The actions of the board in this case are entirely different from historical precedent – and this community deserves an explanation as to why that is – and as regards to not assuming things that
have not been stated – I would suggest the board start taking seriously the things that HAVE been stated on this list.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-fareast-language:EN-US">Can you also please tell this community – in the meetings yesterday – who acted as chair of those meetings. The eight schedule of the act section 1(1) and 1(2) imply that the board has to have a
chair for a meeting – and can you also tell us if that chair is now the permanent chair or if they are the interim chair. I do not see this as an unfair question – since it is required that this information be published in the minutes later anyway.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
