<div><div dir="ltr">Dear AFRINIC Community<br></div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">Certain allegations have been made against AFRINIC staff and Directors and in the spirit of openness and transparency, the Board has resolved to appoint an independent commission of inquiry to investigate these allegations and report on this matter.
