<p>The Board has confirmed from the auditors that the Management
letter is not part of the Audit Report.</p>
<p>The cover note of the Management letter indeed has a part that
reads ....</p>
<p><b>"This report is intended solely for the information and use of
the audit</b><b><br>
</b><b>committee and is not intended to be and should not be used
by anyone</b><b><br>
</b><b>other than these specified parties."</b></p>
<p> Because of this, we can't and should not share the management
letter.</p>
<p>I hope this clears the matter.</p>
