<p>The cover note of the Management letter indeed has a part that reads ....<o:p></o:p></p>

committee and is not intended to be and should not be used by anyone<br>
other than these specified parties."</b><o:p></o:p></p>
<p>Because of this, we can't and should not share the management letter.<o:p></o:p></p>
