<p>I am not saying he worked for free. There is no free lunch even
in Freetown.<br>

<p>From 20th April to end of July 2015, the CEO's pay was accounted
for, as consulting fees because he did not have a work permit as
at then.</p>
<p>From August to the end of the year, his pay was accounted for as
payment to a Director.<br>

give. The CEO was only fully remunerated in 2016 (12

$39,199 you see, is defaults from members who went out
of business. AFRINIC has no control over members going
