    <p>Dear Omo,</p>
    <p>Those are the 372 members who have not paid as at March 31 2017,
      broken down by the groups (Education, Government, Others). They
      will be billed a minimum of 5% penalty depending on when they
      finally settle their invoices.</p>
    <p>The revision being proposed herein by the Board is effective 2018
      Financial year.<br>

                    <p>So, From 34% default in 2014, we are now down to
