There must be a clear separation of Executive roles and Board roles. This is simply good corporate governance. It's also important to protect the board from claims of interference in day to day running of the Organisation.</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">Having said that I concur with members concerns about Business Continuity. <p>2. Revenue from Late penalties</p>
<p> 2014 - $98,329 [352 members] 3% of Total Revenue.<br>
</p>
<p> 2015 - $119,395 [215 members] 3% of Total Revenue<br>
</p>
<p> 2016 - $165,193 [340 members] 3% of Total Revenue<br>
</p>
<p> 2017 - $170,000 [372 members] 4% of Total revenue<br>
</p>
<p>3. Analyses of unpaid as at Q1 March 2017<br>
</p>
<p> Education & Research Institutions - 4%</p>
<p> Government and Government Agencies - 5%</p>
<p> Other Resource Members - 91%<br>
</p>
<p>So, From 34% default in 2014, we are now down to 16% default in
2017.<br>
