If indeed AFRINIC's board wish was for the FS to be discussed only by its resource members then they should have restricted it to only the membership. The FS is also publicly published on AFRINIC website. As per the bylaws Section 7.6 the audited
financial statement will be presented at the AGMM
on 1 June 2017, for adoption by the members.<br>
