The vote is always held to elect not reject candidates who have shown the willingness to serve on volunteer basis. </span></div><div dir="ltr" id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1477756050923_502653"><span><br></span></div><div dir="ltr" id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1477756050923_502653"><span id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1477756050923_502721">Not winning is not the same as being rejected. I did not know that, that meant community had rejected them.
