<p class="MsoNormal">In the Afrinic meeting in Botswana, I learned from the Softlanding-BIS proposal presentation that almost 90% of those with resources are in the micro to very small category. This means that these people are unlikely to prioritise IPv6
so we need to find the motivation for IPv6 growth elsewhere. Even when they get allocations, they depend on their upstreams to route these addresses.<o:p></o:p></p>
