<p dir="ltr">Strategy and tactics must work in tandem. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Strategy should provide clear <br>
organizational goals, guideposts and key performance measurements. </p>
<p dir="ltr">It also has to be executable so should have tactical plans.</p>
