Whilst I believe it's too early for me to provide an opinion I have one contribution to make.</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">Any Board has the fiduciary responsibility to drive the organization's goals as stipulated by its members /shareholders through its Memorandum and Articles which usually are broken down by period Strategic Plans. I believe Boards should ultimately be judged by whether an organisation is meeting/exceeding its mandate through the implementation of the above. </div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">Do we have in place such reviews? And how are they structured?
