Understood, But AfriNIC will not add a member from Pakistan! PTA is the
regulator of Telecom in Pakistan, they can dictate any procedure they want.
Hypothetically, if an organization registers with Afrinic from Pakistan,
and IF Afrinic agrees to give them membership and ip resources "only if",
the paid member is breaking the law and the regulations in Pakistan and
they can revoke his license!.
The question is not about the license operators but the directives they
sent to their operators and the Alleged Letter NRS indicated in their video!
