[Community-Discuss] Formal objection to the notice of meeting issued for the AfriNIC Annual General Members meeting.

Dear AfriNIC Board,

Crystal Web (Pty) Ltd (hereafter referred to as "The Party") hereby raises
formal objection to the notice of meeting issued for the AfriNIC Annual
General Members meeting.

The notice of meeting is deficient in that:

a.) It does not include an ordinary resolution to adopt the financials as
is required by clause 7.6.i of the bylaws
b.) It does not include an ordinary resolution to appoint the auditors as
required by clause 7.6.iv of the bylaws
c.) The notice of meeting indicates the closure of an election which is
never opened on the agenda
d.) The organizers of the meeting are improperly and without cause
restricting the right of corporate members to have present and
participating (online) the representatives of the member - thereby
explicitly precluding a member from having legal representation present
during proceedings in which complex legal issues arise

As such, while a representative of The Party will be present at the annual
general members meeting, it is under protest as to the irregularity of the
meeting and The Party gives no waiver as to the irregularities cited above.
