[Community-Discuss] USE of (ARIN, RIPE, APNIC) ADDRESS SPACE IN AFRICA

Akamai has a lot of presence in Africa.

They do not have a membership in AFRINIC.

Hurricane Electric has significant presence in AFRICA and Latin America.

To the best of my knowledge, they do not have any resources from LACNIC or AFRINIC.
