Some ISP companies are truly multinational in scope. Take this one, for
example, which apparently operates in no fewer that 243 different countries:


(Note that at present, the DNS root zone only contains 248 two-letter
ccTLDs. But I guess that the above company has elected to spurn potential
customers in, for example, Ascension Island - .AC, together with any and
all residents of and enterprises within the former Soviet Union - .SU.)
