> The matter with regards to our variation application was called before the court today. The Honorable Judge did not accede to our request and was of the view that the application was procedurally incorrect and should have been entered differently.

> In view of the urgency, we had attempted a special procedure to have the order varied. Unfortunately, the court ordered that we follow a different procedure.

> As communicated previously, we understand and appreciate the processes the  court needs to adhere to and our legal team is considering all possible avenues. We will keep you updated on the matter.
