Actually, Obasanjo himself publicly appreciated the efforts of Mwalimu and
others outside NG who helped free him after Abacha's military dictatorship
and demise.
Back to AFRINIC, members should stay away from Lu Heng less they get
misguided and mine was to point out that folks being contacted in .NG or
.ZA or elsewhere within this service region should ignore that dude based
in HongKong.
