Noticed Spamhaus is spreading like cancer in Afrinic. Spamhaus has done lot of damages to Afrinic members https://www.spamhaus.org/sbl/listings/AFRINIC
Over 99.9% content of this page is fake like Spamhaus.org


All those who are suffering and have proofs of Spamhaus activities then you have these options available.

1. Register police complaint with your local police station with all the proofs. Ask police to forward this to France and Spain police department. Complaint will be sent via Interpol to French and Spanish police. You can learn process here

If there are multiple police complaints then owners will be on Interpol wanted list.

2. Spamhaus hosting its server in Amsterdam with Surfnet. As per EU directive (Article 14) Surfnet is responsible for all the content hosted by them. Under Dutch law Surfnet is obliged to shutdown the Spamhaus.org or they are violating the Dutch and EU directive. Surfnet can be sued for financial damages too.

3. Start litigation against Spamhaus in USA. Demand financial damages from Spamhaus. You may demand financial damages in millions and request to confiscate the domain name spamhaus.org
Refer other lawsuits in USA against Spamhaus.org in USA to the Judge.
As owner of Spamhaus is under contempt of court so they will never visit USA and most likely case will not be contested by Spamhaus. If contested then Spamhaus owners are done for good.


Option 3 is the best and most effective.
