[Community-Discuss] Two more stolen/squatted blocks

My apologies to all.  I just noticed two more AFRINIC IPv4 address blocks
that were previously stolen from the AFRINIC free pool, and that have
already been reclaimed and returned to the AFRINIC free pool by AFRINIC
staff.

1)

41.77.240.0/21 -- formerly registered to "Tropicalweb" (Mozambique)

Historical records suggest that this block was first allocated/assigned
on or about 2009-08-26.  Thus, this block most certainly was *not* a
"legacy" block.

At the present time, this entire /21 block, which is now officially a
"bogon" block, is curently being routed by AS22769, aka "Ddosing Network,
Inc."  More information about this US-based company is provided below.

2)

41.93.128.0/17 - formerly registered to "Expresso Telecom Ltd" (Ghana)

Historical records suggest that this block was first allocated/assigned
on or about 2010-03-30.  Thus, this block most certainly was *not* a
"legacy" block.

In this case also, this entire /17 block, is now officially a "bogon"
block, Nontheless, this entire /17 block is currently being routed by
AS22769, aka "Ddosing Network, Inc.", which is apparently headquartered
in the US State of Colorado:

The Colorado-based company, Ddosing Network, Inc., is apparently doing
quite a lot of business with Mr. Maikel Uerlings.  I say that because
Mr. Uerlings has apparently sub-assigned to this Colorado company his
entire AFRINIC 197.231.208.0/22 address block as two /23 blocks.  See
current WHOIS records below.

Mr. Uerlings has also and likewise sub-assigned his entire 196.61.192.0/20
AFRINIC address block to this same Colorado company, Ddosing Network,
as a pair of consecutive /21 blocks.  See current WHOIS records below.

Lastly, Mr. Uerlings has sub-assigned the higher numbered half of his
assigned 45.220.64.0/18 AFRINIC block, i.e. the 45.220.96.0/19 sub-block,
also to Ddosing Network.  See current WHOIS records below.

(Note: Based on other route: objects in the AFRINIC data base, Mr. Uerling
has apparently assigned most or all of the remainder of his 45.220.64.0/18
AFRINIC block to a purported Japanese company named "QT Inc." aka
"qtcloud.co.jp", but that company's web site is hosted at 185.254.242.225,
which is on a Hong Kong network, and it is using mx.yandex.net, a Russian
company, as its inbound email MX server.  Interestingly, traceroutes to
these blocks appear to dead end in or around Los Angeles.)
