Would it be too much to hope or expect that you would simply ask the
AFRINIC staff whether filling out and returning that form is a total
waste of time or not, and if it is... as it was earlier this year...
what the bloody purpose is of even having this form on the web site?

I confess that that is a mystery that still puzzles me to this day.

It seems that the only purpose of the form is to mislead people into
thinking they will get -unredacted- records, when in fact all one gets,
even if one does fill out and return the bloody thing, is just the same
old redacted records that are already freely available via FTP.

You are the Chariman.  Can't you just simply ask about this?

I myself have already been around and around in circles with the staff
on this, and I cannot get a straight answer from anybody.

Do you not even care that the organization that you are the Chairman of
is playing games in order to stonewall legitimate researchers?
