[Community-Discuss] Table of changes: AFRINIC Bylaw review

I have read this bylaw review proposal and I fully support it. The community should always be first when it comes to making decisions, no matter the situation.
I think the current bylaws are underestimating the community’s voice, especially concerning the Internet resource policy compliance decisions, which I will say now and always, should not belong to the board.
