Hello Jane,

A very important thing which I always bear in mind is that this list
requires reasonable and sensible discussions.

It is true that different people may have different opinions, but we need
to respect each other’s way of thinking. Sometimes certain tones are just
improper and should not be condoned.

Also, I think it is not necessary to stir up fatuous allegations and
chaos in this forum. To show respect, one shall always use their real
identity instead of hiding under the guise of an alias or pseudonyms. I
think that is also an act of respect; being genuine is imperative to a
meaningful discussion. This way orderliness will be a culture.

I believe everyone’s contribution to this list is valuable if we have
respect and rationality.

Also, I think it is reasonable for the board and staff to stand up to
Ronald on the subject he raised.

Kind regards,

Anthony
