We don’t have a dedicated WHOWAS service, although it is on our wish list.

It is possible to retrieve historical information from the WHOIS service, using the “—list-versions” and “—show-version” flags.  Some historical information is redacted for privacy reasons; for example, you cannot get historical information for “person” objects.
