I do not see any pro-activeness of Afrinic in this particular issue.
Also, why do you rely on Twitter as your monitoring system to look into
the matter?
Why the monitoring system of Afrinic did not respond promptly for this
RPKI incident?
Had the monitoring respond promptly to this incident, you would have
detected and sorted out this issue much earlier!

One of my mail has even been blocked/hold on that mailing list.
