The Board-appointed member of the NRO-NC/ASO-AC and the GC are positions 
not filled by NOMCOM. The Board can, in its wisdom call for volunteers, 
and then choose from amongst the volunteers just as it does when filling 
the NOMCOM.

I believe the Board is in order.
