Andrew,

Thanks for your sincerity, I believe you mean well for AfriNIC.

Now, it is established the the cases are different, in law, a cited case is only relevant if the materials are same, 
this has place more emphasis on due process. 

Also, in the case that has been cited, there were presence of legal council, but in this case, we are yet to have the opinion of legal council.

So let not use kidney ailment drug prescription for headache. Let this case be investigated in it own merit.
