“None of the above” appeared on both the paper ballots and the e-voting ballots, and the votes were counted.   The claim that the option was ignored is false, as has been explained to you before.

Yes, the NomCom chair incorrectly used the word “invalid” when he was announcing the number of votes for “None of the above”.  That does not change the way the votes were counted.
