[Community-Discuss] Incident between myself and Prof. Quaynor

I did raise a red flag at AIS'16 in Botswana about the conduct and
utterances of some members that took to the floor. As a new-comer I felt a
lot was still desired especially when I compared what I witnessed to my
experience at my first ICANN meeting (ICANN52). Reading about this
unfortunate incident now makes me wonder whether my comment was ever given
serious consideration.

Regards,

Catherine
